I feel like the podcast host is incredibly biased. There are a lot of issues in this case that are questionable, but it seems like she wants to make every detail nefarious. The prison nurse won’t talk to her. There is a law called HIIPA that says client information cannot be shared with anyone, as an example, but the podcaster makes it into a big cover-up. The boyfriend’s family called the alleged perpetrator “evil,” and that means the family thinks witchcraft is involved? What?! The thing they never touched on is why a masked intruder would sneak into the house and violently stab a little girl. What kind of motive could he possibly have had? Podcast is interesting, but poor job being neutral.
